JetStream Federal Credit Union in Miami Lakes, FL

Terrible Wait time to open a new account and manager was bothered when I asked how much longer when they had 10 employee in the branch. I'm a member of another credit union want to open account. After experience I'll take my services to another Shared Branch.

The worst bank ever I got my debit cards like 1 months ago and I have orders my check and haven't received anything from them never open your first debit card here they will always lie to you and you will receive your debit card in a month they take long worst employees ever the ATM is never working it take your money and you won't get it back until they have a chance they won't help you at all

I visited this branch, stood inside, nobody greeted me, look around, after 5 minutes I walked out, the branch is not organized, no one at the entrance to lead you to the right department. I get more greetings at Walmart than at Jetstream credit union.

I can't possible imagine that it can take a branch 6 days to process a simple payoff with today's technology. The person who's in charge of payoffs, Paola didn't even have the face to speak to me over the phone after i decided to get serious with them. They don't return calls, they don't pick up, the call goes straight to voice mail and no one is available to assist overall. And to top it off, I was waiting for 51 minutes on the phone for a faxed payoff that never came in. Fantastic service for a was given on behalf of a mutual client!The lack of professionalism by the people employed here speaks for the company. Thankfully the only person who was competent was Melissa Rossi.

This bank is the most unorganized, rudest and overall horrible. They don't know how to do what they need to be doing and everything in the bank is done while they're taking a fresh breeze. Checks haven't arrived in 3 months. My money jammed in the ATM and they said there was nothing they could do about it. That it would take them hours. I use to love this bank when it wasn't in there old location but ever since they moved, I don't see a great customer service or pride in what they do any more. Horrible, you just go to Bank of America or Chase that is literally 5 steps next for. I'm very disappointed in this bank. I've had this bank since I was 13 years old. But, unfortunately is all going down hill.
