Friendly staff.

I went here to open an account and look into auto loans on the recommendation of a friend. When I first walked in, the girl behind the counter didn't know if she could help me open an account and asked me to sit down. I was then approached by who I now know to be the loan officer. She approached me like I shouldn't be sitting down, and she couldn't muster any type of smile until it took her an excessive amount of time to get papers printed up for my account opening. When I called her recently to talk about the actual loan, and I explained that I had some issues repaying my student loans due to being out of work, and she began grilling me on why there were other payments that were late. The attitude was far too much and extremely uncalled for. When I also talked to her about the possible price of the vehicle I was looking for, which I didn't know exactly, she didn't offer to try to find the information or anything, knowing I'm not in a position to look it up. She's not very friendly and I don't understand how anyone that doesn't look like a millionaire doesn't get an attitude from her. I'm not a child, and she doesn't need to talk to me like I'm an idiot because I don't know everything there is to know about credit, and the loan process. She's like a robot, not a human, and my transactions with her have not been pleasant. I will likely be closing my account.

Horrible customer service, rude and unprofessional, they should close this branch. They don't even have a share branch availability.
