Suncoast Credit Union in Lutz, FL

This bank BLOWS! Everyone, from the tellers, to the phone reps, to the office staff are rude and quite unfriendly. Credit Unions are the WORST places to conduct your banking but this credit union is by far the worst I've ever dealt with. They are horrible! Do yourselfa favorand RUN AWAY FROM THIS CREDIT UNION! I wish I had known about their reputation BEFORE I decided to do business with them. Fortunately my loan is almost over and I will happily tell this institution to ef-off!

They have the best CD and savings rates.

Not sure what the other reviews are about, but I have been a member of this Credit Union for over 20yrs and I have never had an issue with any part of my experience with it. For the person who wanted a job, they don't hire at the branch locations. All hiring goes through the main branch location on Hillsborough Av, in Tampa, FL, so the answer you got at this location was the standard protocol. They don't track open positions at the individual branches. This is a great credit union. There is NOTHING wrong with credit unions in general and this one is a GREAT one. I also have an account with a major national bank and I hate their policies and banking practices. Credit union all the way.

I really have liked banking here I even had my mtg. thru them. I have no complaints here.
