This company has the most unprofessional people representing them. Very rude and disrespectful. They hang up on you when your trying to find out things that are on your account. This company should be shut down! Bunchof people who hide behind a phone and talk s***.

KARI MORGAN IS RUDE AND COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL! I asked a simple question and she told me "you're waisting my time" and hung up in my face repeatedly! She's supposed to be the "manger"! Horrible treatment. If you hate your job Kari strive for better! (Tammy Harris)

Unlike these previous reviews I spoke to Scott & he helped me with everything even though it wasn't what I wanted to hear it was reasonable. I'm still dealing with him at this current moment but y'all need to stop exaggerating y'all experience making people not want to pay off they debt.

I understand why a lot of people had problems with this creditor. There are certain people that when you talk to them, they treat you like you're stupid. However! I will say that if you need to have a friendly voice who is willing to help you...then please ask for JC Cooper. I spoke with him from start to finish and he was more than courteous when talking with us and even e-mailed me proof of my payment in a timely manner. Thank you so much for making my experience easy JC!

I CALLED TO PAY OFF A DEBT AND THE WOMAN THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE (TERRY MORGAN OR KERI MORGAN) WAS VERY RUDE WHEN I WAS JUST TRYING TO FIND OUT HOW MUCH I NEEDED TO PUT DOWN FOR A PAYOUT SHE THEN HUNG UP ON ME. THE SECOND CALL SHE GOT EXTREMELY RUDE AND ACTED IN A MANNER THAT I NO LONGER COULD HAVE DEALT WITH. I CALLED BACK ANOTHER TIME AND SPOKE WITH A MAN WHO ANSWERED SOME SHORT QUESTIONS BUT DID NOT REALLY TRY TO HELP ME IN SETTLING THE DEBT. I WILL NOT BE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE! SOMEONE SHOULD REALLY LOOK INTO THIS "BUSINESS" REGARDING ITS LEGALITY. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT OPERATE ON A LEGAL BASIS!
