We started with a very able salesperson. (Very unusual, we have found). When we saw the Civic Touring, we began negotiations and they went very well. There was none of the usual strong arming. We love the car.

Tyler treated my wife and I very nicely and he got me the car I wanted at the price I wanted. All the staff were very friendly and it seemed everyone had a smile on their face. I have been a Honda owner since 1981 and will continue to be a Honda owner as long as Honda continues to make an exceptional product. My children own Honda's. I wonder where they get that from.

An appointment was made immediately. When I arrived, following a holiday weekend, they were ready for me! Friendly Robin made sure their records were accurate and that I felt welcomed. She answered my questions, and further assured me that my care and I were in good hands. When the air bag replacement was completed, ahead of the anticipated 45 minutes, I suddenly remembered another issue (my broken electronic key) that had been a "work around" for so long, I had forgotten it was dysfunctional. Right away, the parts department was able to diagnose the problem and replace the key. Since it would have required a longer wait, I declined, but I feel assured that it will be taken care of quickly and accurately when I do decide to replace it. Thank you, Jenkins Honda!
