Eric Strickland, the service advisor, is amazing! (so is everyone else I came in contact with at this dealership). I cringed at the thought of taking my daughter's Jetta to what are often thought of as "stealer-ships". However, Eric was kind, knowledgeable, and made this a painless repair experience. These folks are honest, and now will have me as a regular customer.

The experience of purchasing a vehicle at Jenkins Volkswagen of Leesburg was honestly the greatest car buying experience that I can remember and I have purchased many vehicles prior. Alex and Mark are so professional at what they do it was the smoothest process for myself and my daughters first car will be a wonderful memory to remember always. The Financial team was also professional and promptly had us on our way home with my daughters first car with a full tank of gas as well. I arrived without an appointment at about 2 p.m. I was greeted by Dave before I even got out of the car! My car was taken back and Brad gave me a ride to the mall so I could shop while my car was being serviced. At about 3:50, my cell phone rang and it was Dave to tell me that my car had been serviced and there were a couple of issues identified when it was inspected. We discussed those and decided they could wait. Ten minutes later, Brad picked me up at the mall and about 15 minutes after that I had checked out at the dealership and was on my way! Brad is a truly impeccable ambassador for Leesburg Volkswagen. He is kind, courteous, approachable, patient, and glib. Above and beyond all that, he is the epitome of safe drivers and it is an absolute pleasure to ride with him!
