The Check Cashing Store in Homestead, FL

My name is Esther. I went into the check cashing store at 160 south dixie highway on 12/08/16 at 8am TODAY. The CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON HIRED TO REPRESENT THE COMPANY WAS RUDE I GAVE HER 50 cents for two copies as she stated I wanted one copy of each she didn't ask she then got upset when I corrected her and RIPPED my personal information with her HANDS VERSUS SHREDDING IT. I asked her to dispose It properly she didn't. SHE THEN STARTED CURSING SO I CURSED HER BACK I WENT OUTSIDE AND CALLED THE POLICE. I am scheduled to take a test I'm florida city today I WILL definitely going to contact corporate for this matter BEING THAT IVE BEEN TO A LOT OF SOUTH FLORIDA CHECK CASHING STORES AND NOTHING IN THIS FASHION HAS EVER OCCURRED. She stated she is calling the cops on me after I told her I would complain. I went in their to make copies of my ID AND SOCIAL SECURITY CARD FOR 50 cents that SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE AND NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED.
