TD Bank in Homestead, FL

TD Bank very Bad Customer Service. So! I just Called and got Gaby on the phone it was minutes to 5p as soon as she answered I explained that I had gotten a letter she immediately replied "I don't send out letters" ok, I never said that she sent it out. Very rude and short. Gaby then said she needed my account number, I explained I did not have it and if there was anything else I could give to her she rudely answered no call back! Got it call back and that branch closes at 5p. Called the 800 number and same thing rude, short and not helpful. Whatever happened to good old customer service? If you don't have customers essentially you don't have a job.

I have never had a problem with td bank. They have resolved my issues when I have had them. Everytime I go in they have been helpful. There is one person there that I can say that they do not seem happy. Other then that I like td bank.

I opened an account there,today monday, with a guy named Erick, had amazing customer service! And I think it took 30 minutes in all.! Very pleased.

I LOVE TD BANK. BUT I HATE THE HOMESTEAD BRANCH. THE DRIVE THREW IS SUPPOSED TO BE FASTER THAN THE LOBBY; BUT WAITING 30 MINUTES IS THE MINIMUM TIME. GET IT TOGETHER TD BANK OF HOMESTEAD!

I've had more trouble with the employees of this bank than any bank I've ever visited between NJ, PA and Florida, literally since Commerce Bank opened twenty years ago. I understand issues can come up, but how you address them is what speaks most about your business. Most recently, having their manager repeat like a robot "There's nothing I can do" three times, while talking over me and refusing to even listen and then turning off the drive through screen, leaving me staring at myself, without even returning my ID, is the final straw. Five minutes later, they send it back and he puts the poor girl back on the screen, wondering why at this point I'm so furious. I've worked in customer service all my life and with all of the fees TD Bank has added over the years, service is the only reason I've stayed. The "manager" at this branch needs to learn how to resolve issues, how to talk to customers and how to actually be a manager. Unless I finally switch banks altogether, I at the very least will never return to this location again.
