Although they are a subprime lender and you may feel like you have to, do not take a loan with this company. I was in a pretty bad financial situation so I didn't have much of a choice at the time. My main reason for even warning people via this review is that they will not report your good payment history to credit so you will be hard pressed to get out of the loan (super high interest) unless you use your credit cards to improve your score for a future refinance. After about 15 months of payments they reported only the very first one I made lol. Once when I thought I'd be late on payment I was warned that would be reported to credit (huh?) So they literally will report your late payments and not the good ones which is so terrible for you the consumer already in a bad situation smh. Luckily, my car was totaled (blessing in disguise) so I'm off to greener pastures. Make sure you take out GAP insurance with them or someone else because with the interest they charge if your car is totaled you'll be in a world of problems having to pay back what you owe on the overpriced loan after insurance pay the value of the vehicle. Glad I did that. What's more, I have NEVER received any statements from them as far balance due etc. Very shady stuff right there as I've had a car loan before and know better.

Probably the worst "professional" place I've ever dealt with. The interest rates are out of the world; (paying $30,000 for a $12,000 car) They have the worst customer service. You can never get a rep on the phone. I have to not pay my bill so they can call me, just to be able to talk to someone. Their reps are so F***ing rude, I've had to hold back from going down there and having a word with them. I wish I could reverse what I've done with this car loan

The worst and unprofessional company i have ever dealt with. The staff are extremely rude, maybe due to working on weekends. Not worth the frustration i will be switching loan company.

Disrespectful people.. No type of professionalism in every aspect. Maria is the worst person ever.. She degraded me and hung up in my face. Hire people that speaks english please

This is by far the worst finance company ever! The employees here are disrespectful and unprofessional. Every time I have to call in I'm greeted by a rude rep on the other end of the phone. If you are reading this review, please do yourself a favor and go with another finance company. I was told that they report to all 3 credit bureaus, but I found out that was a lie. They then said they were having trouble with all their accounts not reporting, just to find out that they only report to 2. Not to mention, half way through my loan they decide to sell my account to another loan company and informed me after the fact. Talk about unprofessionalism at its finest. STAY AWAY FROM AMERIFINANCE !!!
