Regions Bank in Fort Walton Beach, FL

Went to close an account today and here is my story: Went to the teller line and asked to close my account, the teller instructed me that I would need to see a customer service rep. The only Rep was sitting on her phone with a customer showing them pictures of who knows what. Finally I get to sit down with the CSR. I ask to close my account and in the process of talking with her, she gets a phone call which she answers (unprofessional with a customer at your desk) I then hear her place her lunch order at Moe's. (Again Real professional). She writes down my account number and balance on a sticky note; and ask me to go see the teller for the cash. I finally get to the teller window and ask the teller to please close my account and give me the cash. The same Customer service Rep then decides to announce from her desk across the lobby that I will be closing my account. There were other customers in the lobby. (Real Professoinal) I will never do business with this branch again.

Regions is HORRIBLE to bank with and they nickel and dime you to death. You have to jump through flaming hoops to hope for free checking and you can just forget about refer a friend rewards unless you and your friend are willing to give up tge blood of your first born children. Seriously will be going elsewhere for my business account. There is no way to speak to a human being located at a specific branch office and when you wait 20 minutes to get someone on the phone who is NOT located at a local bank but at a noisy call center they want ten types of verification. Do NOT use their ATM deposits system either unless you want to have 10.00 deposited instead of 1000.00 and want to spend the next 24 hours being given the run around. No wonder people hate banks! Specifically this bank!
