Great customer service! The staff are very helpful, informative, and friendly!

They are terrific UNLESS you by chance have a bad life experience and need help in adjusting making payments. I am NOT talking about defaulting or changing a loan agreement btw. Their attitude totally changes towards you with a disapproving, "oh" and a disgusted look followed by not so nice phrases. Unintelligent, unhelpful and condescending in nature.

Customer Service especialky with Angela Langford, was great it was 5minutes before closing, and she went above and beyond to help me open an account on a friday, most banks would have turned you away, also my teller a few weeks later took the time to help me find an out of state location for a vacation i was going on whick took about 15 minutes and did it with a smile☺. No fees, free cashier's checks and kindness highly recommend to anyone especially active military and families, and veterans like myself, and even regular citizens seem to feel the same.
