I had unfortunate experiences when it was under Wachovia -- but could not be happier with Wells Fargo Staff here for the past three years. Very pleasant staff and they provide a broad range of services!! I am shifting more of my local accounts to this local branch.

The management and staff here have done amazing things to straighten out problems that have occurred over the last year, have been amazingly kind and helpful to other family members that opened accounts there also.

I came in to have a complicated transaction with another bank resolved. I can't express how helpful Rob was, I think he spent nearly two hours helping me get everything resolved and even had ideas which were very helpful. I'll be transferring my former bank, that didn't even have a notary, to this one. Wells Fargo is amazing!

The staff was pleasant at this location. However, I've had nothing but issues with online banking with Wells Fargo. They are a decade behind every other bank's bill payment system in capabilities and reliability. Their system somehow deleted all my recurring/auto-payments, and as a result, credit cards, auto payments, store cards, rent, etc., weren't paid. I have never paid one single bill late in my life, and it has been a NIGHTMARE trying to rectify late payments with my creditors because of their error (which, they still can't decide how it happened). I should've taken everyone's advice and stayed away from Wells Fargo after the massive fraud scheme that was uncovered in 2016. I have closed my account with Wells Fargo, and will never, EVER do business with them again.
