I drove my vehicle into the service area and was promptly greeted by a cordial and efficent representative who determined the reason for my visit and assigned the work to proper mechanic. I then went to the waiting area where refreshments were available and comfortable seating. After a reasonable time I was informed my vehicle was ready, I paid the bill to a friendly cashier and went out to get my car, which had been washed and serviced. I was very pleased with all aspects of the treatment and service I received and would highly recommend Deland Nissan to any of my friends and associates.

Took my 2016 Murano in for its first oil change. The advisor went through the options that best suited my needs. The best surprise was when the cashier informed me that I had "account credits" and my bill ended up being zero! Great service after the sale!

Everyone that helped me was amazing. They went above and beyond to meet my needs and I even had 3 kids with me and they gave them coloring books to hold them over which was really nice. Great team they have.

My wife and I recently went to Deland Nissan looking for a good deal on a new Pathfinder. We had a vehicle to trade as well. From our first meeting with our sales agent Anthony and sales manager Ken, we were impressed with their courtesy and the time they took to give us a fair trade value and also a good deal on the Pathfinder we wanted. When we came in to pick-up the vehicle, it was pretty much seamless and the new vehicle was clean and waiting for us with a full tank. Business Manager Ryan was very efficient and has a great personality. Also appreciate the VIP program and 10 years of oil changes for $10. If you are looking for personal service and not the brush off from the other big deals, I highly recommend these guys, it is worth the short drive...
