THE NEW SYSTEM ... NO TELLERS NO DRIVE THRU STINKS ESPECIALLY FOR OLDER CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE ISSUES ON A CANE OR WHEEL CHAIR ETC IN THE PAST THE DRIVE THRU WAS PERFECT FOR THIS AM LOOKING FOR NEW BANK ASAP

I just left again have been a customer for over 20 years and this bank is such an inconvenience now just to cash a check and receive money back so disappointed

Worst decision ever to get machines to do everything. Longest lines at a bank I have ever experienced. If I didn't owe them money on my credit card I would close out my account, but I'm stuck.

No tellers!?!? The people that are actually working inside are not much help. My debit card had plastic numbers laminated on the card and were peeling off. HOW CHEAP?? Also I signed the papers to get my points merged to the same card at that never got faxed or put through. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF SWITCHING TO CHASE. ILL TAKE WELL TRAINED (REAL LIFE PRESENT TELLERS), MORE USER FRIENDLY ONLINE BANKING AND APPS, AND WAYYYY MORE LOCATIONS OVER A SLIGHTLY BETTER LOAN RATE ANY DAY. GTE YOU ARE A DINOSAUR GOING EXTINCT.
