Everyone was very nice, didn't have to wait very long to see someone about my car loan (less than 15 minutes) and Alex Gomes helped me out tremendously with finding the right amount to finance and did it pleasantly even though it was winding down to closing time he did not make me feel rushed at all and explained everything thoroughly and simply. Worst experience ever. I changed 180 and they gived me 162,with no explanation,they just said me "the machine always it's right " . she didn't checked the machine,and I told her the money was separate in 9 packages of 20 . well I lost $18 !!!! and it's not the first time.

Went into this branch to deal with some savings bonds. There was no receptionist to ask any questions ?at all for the entire time I was at the branch). I signed in for an appointment with an Account Manager. After 40 minutes of waiting the Account Manager told me I "just (had) to go to the teller! Didn't even offer to do the transaction or express remorse. Stood in line for another ten minutes - then approx ten to fifteen for the transaction. I left a message for the manager - still haven't heard from them. Very disappointed at the lack of service from the account manager and the manager for not calling back - only pleasant person was the teller.

Once a month is one time too many to visit Suncoast Credit Union. Unfortunately, I have to deposit my rent monthly into my landlord's Suncoast Account. I've tried both branches by me in Cape Coral & N. Ft. Myers and there isn't much of a difference in service & wait times ( north ft myers longer wait times). They are understaffed, ALWAYS, so it takes me half hour & sometimes longer to make a simple deposit. The staff isn't very friendly (actually VERY impolite) & many times have made me feel like they're doing me a favor or seem bothered if I ask a question. Asking my landlord if he would accept payment in other form because who has time for all that?
