I have never experienced such poor customer service. The whole transaction was very unorganized and completed with mistakes. Even at the signing the paperwork was still not correct. We went through 3 different processors as the company was "laying off" as we were supposed to close. The closing kept getting delayed. The broker did poor follow up and was not eager to keep us updated on any progress. He decided to come to closing and was even very late to that with no call, text, or email. Very unprofessional and if we hadn't been so far into this, I would have stopped the whole transaction with this company. My advice is to shop around before using this company.
