They made checks for me with one of my kids account instead of MY personal account, which caused my check to bounce! Since I do not Do checks at all, and which I TOLD the teller MY account number, I have a bounced check history with My complex!

Awful customer service. Tellers lie about wait times and severely understaffed. We have since closed our accounts and left this bank.

Old building and the setting inside for the teller are is confusing. Have ATM inside and one on the drive thru are. The staff is okay but not as friendly as other branches around the area.

I have never had any problems paying on my credit card in person with cash before. When I went in today the lady would not listen to me. She just kept telling me download the app and do it myself on there. I could see while I was standing there dowloading the app she was on her cell phone under the counter. And then when I finally got through to her that I was paying in cash, she had me go deposit my money into the atm and use the app. If you don't want to do your job just let someone else help me. I've been in and out in less then 5 minutes before paying cash in person. It's very simple. It did not seem like she wanted to do her job. Very aggravating. Not using this location again.
