Better customer service could be had. I gave 2 stars for the few, very few times I did get that service. The other times they are either out of cash, they have one employee working while several customers are waiting or like the present moment; have a customer waiting while the employee who has to service that customer is on the phone for more than half an hour discussing personal business. Their service can be much better. They seem to have forgotten that the customer comes first.
