Cheryl Ross is being a complete jerk. She is sarcastic. She is unfriendly. She litterly is huffing and puffing and having angry facial jestures. She is being snatchy and is taking her bad day out on us. She is a horrible lady. Find more friendly workers. You are losing customers.

This has been the WORST Bank EVER!!! First Niagra is the best.They are fully staffed, friendly and always eager to help { at least the one in Vernon on rt 30} American Eagle... They are short staffed, miserable, don't even say good morning etc. I will say this... the minute we close on our home, we will be taking all our money elsewhere!! My husband works at Pratt and that office is convenient for him so that is why we stayed with them during this process. I went in today to make a deposit and get a new debit card as mine was so worn many cashiers actually made comments. I'll tell you, I purposely don't cash my work checks for weeks or I give them to my husband to take to the East Hartford one because I dread going here. She basically didn't want to give me a new card, asking whats wrong with it, if it works? I said look at it!! It's faded so bad it's almost white and you can barely read the wording on the front of card. I said is there a problem??!!! No.. She was rude as hell!!! I have also experienced two times and my husband once a young girl with brown shoulder length hair count change wrong to the point I had to wait while she had to count her drawer, OH and SHE was in the wrong all 3 times! I'm like there are cameras, I'm standing here in front of you and I purposely always keep my hands on counter, never reaching in my purse because Rockville bank shorted me $100 years ago and it was a week process for them to find it and the girl was fired! I have asked {as like today the line was to the door} why don't you get more help as they usually only have one person in front and one for drive through if your lucky, forget the drive through, that's a half hour wait EVERY Time! You need to hire more people that can count change, have a personality to deal with customers even maybe a smile :)! This place has a nice exterior but the inside is garbage! ALL I WANTED WAS A NEW DEBIT CARD!! NO NEED FOR DIRTY LOOKS AND QUESTIONING! By the way she gave me a new card without the chip which is something that is now being used. They are cheap too... Pick a different bank, this one sucks!

I am writing this review to acknowledge the excellent care and attention my wife and I received recently from Cheryl Ross. Cheryl was very professional and explained everything thoroughly so we understood the process and she was very patient with our questions and concerns. We appreciate the team in your office, especially Cheryl, who represents the highest standards of the credit union as an employee and as a person.
