D'Addario Nissan in Shelton, CT

This has to be, by far, the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership getting my car serviced. Not only was the woman in the service department extremely rude to me (to the point that my co-workers sitting next to me asked why she was yelling at me over the phone), but the quote they gave me for my car was a complete lie. They told me my rotors needed to be replaced and it was not safe to drive. I took my car to another service station, Shelton Car Care, and they told me they were in pristine condition. Save your money and time and go literally anywhere else but here to get your car serviced.

I've been a customer here since 1997, and the level of professionalism and excellence in their customer service has never waned. Their service reps are courteous and patient; never overbearing. As often shops recommend certain maintenance needs for your car, I've always listened to their advice but I never felt any pressure to always have to follow it. Recently, I forgot to bring my checkbook with me to pay for a service (I didn't have enough in cash/card to cover it), and they accommodated me in bringing a service man to help me with this issue. I'm very grateful for them for not making me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable about my dilemma.

I can't share enough about my experience. I had shopped at several dealers for the car I wanted before visiting D'addario Nissan. I had almost given up on my search when I received a call from Rebecca - internet sales rep. She was through, answered all my questions, and provided the details i needed on time to make the best decision. Upon visiting the store, Rebecca intro'd me to the store manager Anthony who was a delight. He is a straight shooter and did his absolute best to be sure I got what I wanted. I was turned off by the car shopping experience prior to coming to D'addario cause all the other dealers were being dishonest. I felt extremely comfortable and felt at ease during the process because Anthony and Victot plus his team was extremely honest and upfront. A+ dealer! You're in good hands should you decide to purchase or lease a vehicle from them. I am referring all my friends and will come back when I need another vehicle. Thank you again for making my experience great. I love my new car.

A nice and easy going experience dealing with Andre Gach. I got a better deal than I thought I would in my leased Frontier. I would definitely recommend dealing with Andre. The service department and body shop and all the employees are also excellent.
