Webster Bank in Shelton, CT

Slow Processes!! They make you jump through hoops to get change. I ask for the federal packs of Quarters because they don't count the ones customers bring in which usually are short or have other coins in them. They told me I have to called ahead at least 20 minutes to get those for them. Fine. Despite following their rules, I've never left that bank in less than multiple minutes. Poorly run, the tellers aren't qualified or efficient. I'm in the customer service industry and this branch is the epitome of a place in need of help!! If you have lots of time to kill these days (honestly who does) then go here. If you want a bank where you can be in and out in a couple minutes, keep looking! Unfortunately for me, they are the better of two horrible banks close to me:(
