1st Alliance Lending, LLC in East Hartford, CT

We just closed on our first home and used 1st Alliance as our lender. The entire experience was easy and painless thanks to Martin. Being a first time homebuyer, I was traveling in uncharted territory but Martin was always quick to get back to me with an answer, if he wasn't immediately available. I would definitely recommend their services and have already to a few friends.

I planned to wait until closing to write my review, but I can't. I have to rave about the experience I've had so far! Spirit Souza and Nicholas Palermo have been more amazing than words can describe! I was very skeptical going in. It all seemed too good to be true, but Spirit has been very responsive, attentive to details, caring, warm and genuine. She has gone way above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and informed of the whole process. I feel like family and I could never thank her or 1st Alliance enough for the opportunity to own a home.

Well I said I would fix my review and we'll I am fixing it. As like I said before everything went well. Everyone is super helpful . I did have a serious glitch after 3 or so years with them which wasn't necessarily there fault but I do make the payment threw 1st alliance, and of course it happened while away on work and a 3 hrs time difference .... Jay at 1st Alliance delt with one angry Guy(me) but handled the situation like a gentleman. He did absalutly everything possible and fixed the issue . Well I am super happy to say THANK YOU JAY FOR DOING WHAT YOU DID. all is fixed and back to normal. But very stressful on me do to my travel. But this company is top notch admitted thing went wrong which can happen to anyone and rectified the issues. There are so many people I get to talk to Jay, Ashley, Kristen, Nick, and a few others at 1st Alliance. I look forward to calling again to make the payment .

I started working with Nicholas Pizzoferrato on December 16th. Everything they requested from me I turned in. Great customer service!!! I asked 101 million questions, being that this would be my first home purchase and no one else would give me a shot. Nicholas was and still is there to answer every question. This has been an emotional roller coaster and I'm still riding it. I will be going to underwriter any day now. It almost seems to good to be true... I'm hoping for the best!!!! I will update the outcome ***Update*** I was approved for my loan with only a few conditions. I will update again once I have closed on my home and have my keys in hand!!! ***Update*** I closed on my house today!!!!!! Martin Murdock took over my account after Nick was no longer with the company. And he was truly God sent. I wish I could hug his neck!!!! I would refer everyone to them. They made my family's dream a reality. Thanks 1st Alliance !!!!! I love my brand new home. the process only took 58 days from day one. And that's mainly because the house was still being built. I wish I could say more!!!!! 1st Alliance Lending makes dreams come true people.

Awesome experience with this company. They were honest and true. They walked my husband and I step by step through the whole process. This was our first home purchase and we were very scared, nervous and didn't know what to expect. Greg and Amy were prompt with answering all questions we had. The process was fast and easy. Greg made us feel like he wanted us in a home just as bad as we wanted to get one.
