Customer service is friendly but they appraise things by looking them up through ebay which is just ridiculous, you'll get a terrible offer. When it came to guns I was offered $30 for a rifle I was selling, I went to the down to Colorado Springs and got $155. Go to the Colorado Springs more options, you'll be much better off in my opinion.

Worst customer service ever. I've only been here 3 times but each time was horrible. They don't even adhere to there own hours of operation. They literally laughed at me and the person that was there before me. They treated us so bad I would never recommend this place, they offered me $20 for my item then laughed at me and told me to "find someone else then".I did and got $100 for my item. eBay is not an accurate pricing tool people come on!

Horrible place , when I asked a reasonable price on an item the guy literally laughed at me and told me to leave . This is not a way to treat your customers! I was very polite and curtious to there establishment and they treated me like a homeless bum begging for a dollar. Don't ever go here , let this business run itself into the ground
