TCF Bank in Thornton, CO

Rude costumer service don't cash is own checks.

I wish I could give this bank less than 0! This is a horrible bank. Checks deposited will stay on hold for absurd amounts of time. To put money into another account outside of this bank costs you $30 dollars. Plus you have to be in the bank, and it has to be before 3:00 pm or the money won't transfer until the next day.Anything deposited after 3:00 pm is not available, even cash! That is just the beginning. This bank is so horrible, stay away!!!!!!!!!! Never use this bank. Listen to the reviews, do not get a bank account here.

This was one of the worst bank experiences of my life!!!

Plan to have a lot of time to be here since they are extremely slow and only have one person withing the desk and the drive thru. Then their ATM and change machines are both out of service.

I lost my card 2 week ago i reported & order a new one but i still waiting for it .so yesterday when i'm tired withdrawal money inside of this bank they don let me withdrawal ani money yes because my ID is expired a day before yesterday also , well... trying to get money i write a check to pay on Wal-Mart an my check don't go true they said my bank don't approve the transaction, im went to a gastation and happen the same i call costumes service to closed my account and they said me if a don have any id they don closed my account and don't give mey onw money ...
