Went in earlier and i asked for some information about getting a home loan and the lady was very disrespectful she was looking at me like if i was stupid and asking me questions like if i new them and laughed, first time i get disrespected in a bank, don't even know how to do there job.

Terrible customer service. I've never had as much trouble with an auto loan as I have here. There is no desire on their end to help / resolve issues. Not impressed, will never do business with them again.

Very rude. Tried to open a new account and no one would help me due to not being a member. Uh....dont you open an account to become a member?? They dont seem to care and the manager Michelle is extremely rude!!

Read the reviews, terrible customer service, all the employees think they're entitled and do things at their leisure. Won't be doing business here!

If you need a Cu service center do not bother with Bellco. You cannot use the drive up or talk to a bank representative. You may use their indoor ATM, how sad.
