Wells Fargo Bank in Rifle, CO

Building is dated and ATM is inside but employees are great.

I had the worst experience in this wells fargo in rifle. I love wells fargo, but the girls that "helped" me were terrible. We happened to be in the area and my mom needed to cash her check, and she doesn't have a wells fargo account (and doesn't want one!) And I always cash them for her while she's with with me, with my account. And we have never had a problem. Until we went to rifle. By the time I left, those girls had my blood boiling. Seriously, do they not learn how to help people cash their checks from another account? AT A BANK. We ended up driving all the way to Glenwood Springs to cash my mom's check. And guess what? We didn't have a single issue. Thanks Glenwood!!

Literally the worst bank experience ivee ever had. They double charge you on your payments and put you in the negatives and attach four $35 fees to it. You can file a claim and be on the phone for hours and get sent to different numbers so they can tell you that they are sorry they took your money out and that they will get someone to investigate which takes 10 business days to do so up to two weeks without money with no reimbursement credit to your account. I can't even get gas to go to work. They are absolutely no help to anyone. Thanks for the fees and leaving me $300+ in the negatives. Terrible bank wouldn't recommend it to even the worst people I know.
