Bob was very friendly and quick to help me get into the car I wanted. He stayed after hours to help me as well as came in on his days off to make sure I was getting the best service. Not only did Bob go above and beyond for me, the owner of the company, Tim, reached out to assist me a few times to make sure I was aware of all the updates on getting my car ready for me to take home. Friendly and helpful people, huge inventory, and fair prices. Do be prepared for a long wait on the weekends. Very good experience overall. My single most important question: would I shop there again? The answer is definitely yes. Kirk was helpful and friendly. Everyone at TSG was friendly and helpful. Their pricing was very fair. I didn't get a great deal, but I got a very fair deal for both the price and my trade. The only down side is the used car buying process. I'm not sure why this is a several hour affair, but this was exacerbated by being there on a Saturday.

Bought a car in February CASH for $22k. The wife and I had a change of heart and wanted to trade it in a month later and they offered me $17k for it.... WOW!!!! Talk about robbery!! UPDATE: Updating my last review from 1 star to 4. Went back in yesterday to get the oil changed on the vehicle we were unhappy with. Our sales guy Pablo worked with us and got us into a better vehicle. They gave us a bit more on our trade-in value and worked with us on the price of the other vehicle. Very pleased with the level of commitment to customer service and keeping their customers happy. THANKS TSG!!

I'm now the new owner of a 2011 Dodge Durango! We had such a good experience from the start! We got a call back within minutes of filling out the online app and Bob was extremely helpful from that point on. Even after we weren't approved through the banks at the dealership Bob suggested we try at our credit union and it worked! We were approved and could tell that Bob was genuinely happy for us. We even had our newborn with us and Bob was so patient and didn't waste any of our time. We will definitely be telling our friends about TSG!

Our Jeep is the second vehicle we have bought at TSG and they are all around a great dealership. Everyone who works there is friendly and accommodating. I wanted to trade in my 2008 Yukon for something newer and with less mileage. Bob helped me to find the perfect vehicle for my needs and family and he and Jeff worked together to pull it all together. They were both outstanding and great to work with. Also Chris is a financial genius and was able to work with my needs.
