1 teller to deal with drive thru and inside?? I wasted 20 mins of my lunch break trying to make a withdrawal only for them to tell me that their system went down and I'd have to wait longer! I just left and starved on my lunch instead - why? Oh because chase decided that we all need new debit cards with chips in them and canceled my card to send me a new one without giving me a warning. Feeling f***ing helpless!

Came to this location to get a cashiers check. The teller was EXTREMELY rude and very unprofessional! Not sure how she had a job dealing with customers with such a bad attitude!

Terrible customer service. Opened an account here, then ended up closing a few months later because of the bad service. First Bank in Parker has excellent customer service as does Wells Fargo in Castle Rock. I wouldn't bank with Chase after my experience here.

no customer service- unless you count being badly treated service- I was so dissatisfied I did not come back for a year - my $900 there was then held hostage until I in essence closed and re opened the account as I was told not available to me as it was as inactive.
