Opened a bussiness account recently and had to close a month later. Stay away from this bank. All of the employees are incompetent and have no idea what they are doing. This is the worst experience I've ever had.

You should put a phone number on here where you can actually talk to someone. I have the 800 number on my card already. It's dumb to put it on the website as well

Ridiculous. No one knows what's going on or what their supposed to do in any given situation. Everywhere I turn I get directed to someone else. "I'm not sure, let me get someone who can better assist you." Next person says the same damn thing. Does anyone in this building know what their doing?! It's the blind leading the blind!

I had some complicated requests and although the representatives were busy they helped me find the right solutions and set up my accounts with polite and skilled service. I love this bank so much i have had my family open accounts at TCF as well..#TCFBankIsAwesome
