Wells Fargo Bank in Northglenn, CO

It has been almost 3 years that I have been doing with this branch in Northglenn and I just love it. Every time that I need them they are always there for me and help me out with the most complicated situations with a lot of patience and being very polite all the time. I had a very complicated situation yesterday because I deposited my check in a wrong account and didn't have the signature the way it should have and the check was going to be returned to me in about 10 days. I freaked out because I had a lot of bills coming on the next day and my account would be overdraft and with a lot of overdrafts fees. I came to talk to Gustavo Prado and he was really nice to me bringing a lot of ideas to solve my situation. Thank Gustavo and Nancy Ly (another excellent person that has helped me before as well), I had my whole situation figured out and didn't have any problems. I will always come back here to do my business with them even if I move to another location. It is not every place that you will find great and respectful employees that help you out as they always do. Totally recommend this branch and people (Gustavo Prado and Nancy Ly).

CROOKS I advise you to withdraw all of your money!! I was with them for 20yrs now that i opened up my business account the fraudulently change up passwords on my account and held my money for weeks without depositing it upon a wire transfer!!!

I sell cars at for a living and had to come into this branch with one of your customers to get bank statements a while back. We were immediately greeted by Marius Bocco and I have to say that you have a gem in this guy. Marius is one of the most personable and nicest people I've ever met. He even wanted to go outside to see the new truck that my customer was buying and was just as excited about it as my customer! I hope this review makes it to the top of this branch because Marius needs to be recognized as a true asset for Wells Fargo. God Bless
