Horizons North Credit Union in Northglenn, CO

Very difficult to talk to anyone via telephone. If you are lucky, you will be able to leave a message for a person who may or may not call you back.

When I first joined this credit union it was really good until about 1 to 2 years ago. I since then have had frequent problems with my account the biggest one is that even though Im not using my card some how I seem to mysteriously owe them $30.00 every two weeks. I have gone in there multiple times to try and fix the problem by cancelling my card and getting a new one and it still seems to happen.I do not recommend this bank to anyone that is trying to save money or one day wants you because pretty sure they'll rob you as well. I have come across other members of the union who have this same problem so its not just me.

I've been banking here for 10 years and have never had a bad experience. My husband switched to them 3 years ago. While I wish the hours were a little more open, I would recommend this credit union.

When I was in a car accident and not getting any help from my insurance company HNCU stepped up for me and was able to make the entire process much easier. Everyone involved went above and beyond my expectations.
