He called me every month to touch base with me and coach me through the credit process. When I FINALLY got my approval letter (wow this market!), Superman came out. He called every sellers agent I placed a bid with to tell them how wonderful I am and how solid my mortgage offer was. He finagled appraisal estimate dates to meet seller requirements. He comforted me through three bid losses. He personally checked addresses to see if they would meet my FHA loan requirements. Kevin is awesome! We were in a unique situation of purchasing our home from our landlord and had a multitude of hoops to jump through and obstacles to overcome because of our circumstances.
