I don't normally write reviews. However, my experience with 1st Colorado Mortgage Solutions was far better then I could have imagined. David was so personable, yet professional through our business together. He worked diligently to find the best Mortgage solution for me. Part way through the process, I had an accident and was not able to walk or drive. David came to me in my rehab facility and my home with necessary paperwork. He allowed me to text or email, always acknowledging them in a efficient timely manner. I have owned and refinanced many times in my life. Never have I ever had such good service. I now proudly call David, my friend.
