Chase Bank in Longmont, CO

Just had a home mortage with chase at longmont branch. I chose chase mainly because I have been banking with chase for a long time. However, the loan process is extremly unpleasant. The loan officer failed to provide correct loan information. He needs to repeatedly ask for the document and information that is already given. It made all people that involved have extra work to do. He is very hard to reach no matter with phone calls or e-mails. At the end, the loan office told me to stop basing him and insist that he is providing good customer service. I'm really not sure why it is a good customer service when I get so upset about him. If you really really want to have a loan with chase, DO NOT go to this branch.

Normally like Chase as I bank with them, however, while using this branch drive-thru ATM, didn't receive the best customer experience from the manager as I was accused of being a criminal. wOw... There is approach to anything we do even if it's not the job we want to do or like doing at the time. Enough said.

Awkward setup for indoor banking (have to walk down a hall to the teller). Otherwise friendly and good service

Chase bank Longmont and all other locations is where dreams go to die. It's a big corporate bank. Won't get much of a personal touch.
