This place is a joke! The older lady teller (I forget her name) is rude and a complete idiot! We tried to pay a credit card bill and she simply said "I need money." I just wanted to scream at her and say "I'M TRYING TO GIVE IT TO YOU, YOU MORON!" As soon as this credit card is paid off we're closing this account down and getting the hell out of BBVA Compass! Will NEVER recommend BBVA to ANYONE!

It's sad to see such immature reviews. I've been banking there many years. I enjoy the staff. They are always kind, willing to help and knowledgeable.

I love this bank! I am treated like family and the staff is great. They have always gone the extra mile to help me. I have been banking with them for about 5 years now, but about a year ago, I had made a couple serious mistakes with my personal account, and they bent over backwards to help. They just worked it all out! Thank you! Thank you guys!!!!

I have also been banking at Compass for years and have never had any problems. In fact, the one time my account was breached the staff at Compass handled this in an efficiently, professional manner and with no questions asked. It was immediately taken care of. I never use the drive thru to deposit as I enjoy the staff and their warm, yet professional attitude each and every day! Excellent!
