Love this place

These people are slow and unprofessional. Adriana is rude to customers and does not know what she is doing enough to simply deposit a check. They should seriously consider having a branch manager there at all times because the staff is not self sufficient especially on Saturday. It should not take 30min for 2 people to get thru the line. Then the teller is slow and rude. WORST westerra I have ever used! They all either need to be trained in customer service or be replaced. What a joke.

The banker didn't even look me in the eyes and acted like I was just there to waste his time. Then in the middle of the account opening the short blonde teller interrupts to find out how long we are going to be because there was someone waiting to do a HELOC. I waited my 30 minutes to sit with the only banker! But apparently that doesn't matter because they have to make sure the HELOC leaves happy. I should have stuck with a bank, at least there I can trust that the banker would look me in the eye and introduce themselves!

I frequent this branch very often because it it like 5 mins away from work, but I HATE going. I am always in line forever and every person I have dealt with is ALWAYS rude. I have never been here and the staff not be rude to me. Not even a greeting. Its seriously the worst customer service ever. I had never had a problem with Westerra until I started coming here. Horrible horrible horrible.

I've been a member of the credit union since 87. I just recently started to use my account again. Lori, the branch manager is wonderful. I had some pretty in-depth requests with a signature guarantee and a large deposit. Lori was able to take care of everything I needed in a timely matter. I have found every teller I have encountered has been very polite and very knowledgeable. Thanks for all the help guys
