I am not sure what the other reviews are about. I just walked in and had a great experience. The teller, Tiffany, was very friendly and accommodating! I recently received a pretty loan interest rate car loan from PSCU and am so far satisfied with the experience!

Very unfortunate operation. Have been a member for 7 years. High interest rates, poor customer service, very little personal interaction when dealing with loans. They treat you worse than a corporate bank. I keep large accounts in other banks and go elsewhere for loans due to these reasons. Multiple times have I withdrawn my balance just to give them a second shot, and a third and fourth but this time I am closing the account for good. I hope someone who has some sort of say reads this. THE PROMOTE THEMSELVES AS A PERSONABLE CREDIT UNION AND ARE SO FAR FROM IT THAT ITS VERY DISHEARTENING.

The worst customer experience I have ever been party to. Dinorah needs soft skills training and Michele C stood by and witnessed bad behavior from her co worker and did not try to help. Your employees need to be de-escalated! I cannot believe that upper management would allow this type of customer abuse. But it is happening so the only thing I can believe is that it's acceptable.
