My first visit to this ATM resulted in being shorted $20. Hassle to straighten out.

I've had two car loans with PCCU and I've never had any issues. I'm getting ready to do a 3rd car loan now and I think they are great to work with.

When I was having issues with my vehicle loan they were horrible to work with and down right difficult! It took me calling three times to get all the details I could so that I could get my loan paid off. I was also threatened to be hung up on as well as called a liar after I was doing exactly what Westerra (my new credit union) told me to do. I am absolutely appalled by the way they treat people and am extremely disappointed. They also proceeded to tell me one thing and when someone I had helping me go pay off the loan they told him a totally different thing making me look like a liar!! They even tried to get mean with the person helping me. You would think getting 10,000 would be enough motivation them to be nice but I guess not! I will never conduct business here again!

No return call from Loan Officer after 2 voicemails. 2 separate visitations to 2 separate branches; still no help. Very dissatisfied.
