Bellco Credit Union in Littleton, CO

Everytime I come in to do any sort of banking, the minimum wait time is 15+ minutes. No sense of urgency embedded within the employees. Terrible service when you are actually helped.

Bellco has helped me out when needed. For instance, fraud on my account. They took care of it as fast as I assume they could. It took a week. But started on a sat. So that's fine by me. Not one company is perfect, therefore, use the place u like. I prefer them over other banks, and credit unions.

Of all the Bellco locations, I'm glad this is mine! The staff knows my name, the drive through is always well prepared, and the employees are much friendly!

Great banking here, coin star is a big benifit! The tellers are all very kind.

If could give them zero stars I would. Let me tell you about my experience with Bellco Credit Union. I went in January 23 to open a business account. I was told somone would get to me in 2-3 days with my login. Day 4 no one has called. I called Bellco number online. I was told she didn't set it up right, issue was fixed and my card would be sent via mail. A week later I get a call from a customer service representative ( I wrote them an email informing them of these issues I've been encountering with my account) I was told this shouldn't have happened and my card was in the mail. I try access my account online and transfer funds to my private account from my business account, and the website says I can't transfer money and have to call Bellco back to fix this issue It is now February 9. Mail came I STILL have no card, I called Bellco AGAIN, since their customer service representative is now NOT answering or returning my calls, only to be informed my card was never made issued or mailed.....It's been 3 WEEKS!!!!. I'm going to my local branch closing all my accounts and going elsewhere this is UNACCEPTABLE. After ten year's. Bellco.....It's not me....It's you!!!!! Worst bank EVER!!!!!
