Friendly, hard-working staff are always helpful and fun! I'm not even a member, I come here because it's near my house. Everyone is so nice that I'm considering opening an account!

I have been a member since 1970 when Westerra used to be the Teachers' Credit Union. I have always had a good experience in borrowing money or in any other transactions I made. I especially appreciate the lady who helped me get a loan to pay a surprise HOA assessment. She made everything easy and smooth and I had the money pretty soon to pay the HOA fee during this month of September. I would recommend Westerra to friends and other teachers that I know. Thank you Westerra for helping me when I needed it.

Such friendly and helpful people! They've helped family members learn budgeting, and helped increase their credit! So grateful for these people!! If my kids have a finance question that I'm not sure about, I tell them to " go talk to our banker" !
