Chase Bank in Lafayette, CO

I have an account here. They notarize documents for free for account holders.

I have my own business across the street from this bank. I have been going through this bank for over a year to get change for my store as needed mybe once a month at most. Now they tell me they will not help me or anyone else unless they have an account. Well Chace changes you a monthly charge just to have a account. So they want to charge me just to get change.and I spoke with manager. And he basically acted like he don't care. And rushed me off the phone. This is the worst customer service ever. Don't go through this business. Your nothing but a number and that's only if you are paying them. Otherwise you are nothing at all.

Staff has always been very helpful and overall great. Has drive-thru, is on a convenient location, and 24 hour(?) ATM inside.

worst bank in the world. I have a small business right across the street and went to this bank just to get change. seems pretty simple. the teller refused to give me change because I did not have an account there. why do you need to look up my account for change? luckily all banks are not like this. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I advise everyone to do the same. the teller was rude and unprofessional.

Teller told me I couldn't do wire transfers (but I could?) also no atm in drive through. This bank is from the Stone Age! I went in last week to ask about over drafting fees and the girl told me "our bankers are all out to lunch, they'll be back in an hour and a half if you want to wait?" No bankers? A bank with no bankers???? Seriously?! It was 2:30pm! Avoid this bank at all costs. Lazy staff.
