Red Rocks Credit Union in Highlands Ranch, CO

I have had a great experience with Red Rocks customer service! Over the year that I have had my auto loan and savings with them I have received prompt, accessible, friendly service from each representative I have interacted with and plan to continue banking there a long time!

I was approved for an auto loan at a time when my credit wasn't ideal and they were fair and the interest rate was low. I feel they have been excellent as far as service also. I am very pleased with RRCU

Drive through service at Highlands Ranch branch is slow to non-existent. Tellers are usually friendly, but understaffing at the drive through windows is inexcusable. Multiple times I have driven up, sent my request for a transaction through the tube and then just sat there for minutes! Empty booth. NO ONE in there. Today's excuse, "Sorry for the wait, I was at lunch..." No! That's not how you staff a service window, RR! Someone must ALWAYS be present and visible to greet customers as soon as they arrive. Jeez! Get a clue about customer service.

I've had nothing but great service here, everyone is so kind too. Sorry to see that some people are having issues with it. I must just be lucky.

Very hard to deal with this business. Unless it's a last resort try somewhere else as there are many banks and credit unions that actually want your business. Can't wait to pay them off then never again!
