Public Service Credit Union in Highlands Ranch, CO

I can't believe it this place have bed bugs in the front desk

The service at this branch is awesome! The tellers (especially Brandon) are really friendly and helpful. Branch manager Fernando has been great working with us whenever we encountered issues with our multiple accounts.

1) Long wait times if you call in. 2) Terrible customer service. My wife refuses to get an account there because of the poor service we have received over the years. She's sticking with Wells Fargo, who steals your money. 3) They are great with Auto loans and lines of credit. 4) Their tellers are odd, in the uncomfortable way in which you feel like they don't know what they are doing. 5) I refuse to go to the Highlands Ranch location, I've received poor service there in the past from the teller and would rather go elsewhere.

Chad (in the Loan Dept.) is awesome! This is why I gave it a 4 star rating. However, I will give PSCU's general phone sytem a "1" star. If working with PSCU, get direct phone numbers or you will be lost in a phone maze that is very ineffective.

I'd recommend staying clear of this location. It's tough trying to get here to begin with, and the cashiers are consistent only their rudeness. I love PSCU to no end. This location just sucks.
