Extremely rude, horrible customer service! The teller are all rude and lack customer service. The branch manager, Lorna, was the worst person to deal with!!! After having to deal with her, I closed my account. She knew she was being rude, and treating me like a second class citizen, so she called her boss to cover her butt so she wouldnt get in trouble for her poor service. There are many banks to bank with, do not choose this one.

Lorna is my banker and she is the best in the business. She is very courteous and professional.

I bank at the Patterson Road branch and the customer service there is exceptional. My experience with Vectra Bank and their employees has been better than any other banking experience in the past. No one has ever been rude or having a bad day and taking it out on me at Vectra Bank. You are not just a number at this bank, they all know me by first name along with our dog. We have to bring our dog in ever so often for them to all pet him and give him his treats, at their request. Vectra Bank is like walking into my own home, they all make you feel welcome.
