Zach sold me a 2011 F-150 Platinum Edition. I had already done some shopping and had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. Zach met me as soon as I got out of my car with a smile on his face. Zach took me over to the truck and showed me what I was looking for. The entire process was seamless and painless. We mutually discovered an issue with the power running boards and Zach assured me he would take care of it. I would highly recommend Carvilles to anyone looking for a vehicle. I really enjoyed car shopping here. I was assisted by two salespeople during my shop. Zack and Elizabeth were fantastic! Zack helped me look around and got a great feel for what I was looking for and helped me peek at other cars I hadn't thought of before. He had great patience in showing me around the lot even when I wasnt sure if I was going to purchase anything. Elizabeth joined me later on and went with me for a couple of test drives. She was extremely friendly and easy to talk to and was great about answering my questions about the cars. It was like talking to an old friend! I would really recommend Carville's Automart for looking for your next vehicle. Their office is clean, plenty to choose from, amazing finance deals, and of course friendly staff!

Best experience I've had buying car! Got out of my old car to a new 2015! I appreciate everything Michelle has done for both my fiance & I. Great experience at Carville's. I worked with Dennis who respected and worked with my budget and got me into a much better truck than I expected! They also offered me an exceptional deal on my trade in. Due to bad experiences with other dealers I normally go the private party route for buying/selling vehicles but my experience with Carville's has changed my mind on that.

On March 30, 2017, I purchased a Pontiac G6 under Zack. Entering the lot, he was very welcoming, and was more than happy to help me find a car I liked. Once I found a car I had liked, he had done everything in his power to make sure I put down my desired amount for a payment and drove off the lot in my new car that day (which happened). I couldn't be any more satisfied with Zack and how he helped me find a car today. I am absolutely inlove with my Pontiac G6.
