Bellco Credit Union in Grand Junction, CO

I tried to make a payment for my car loan but the office was closed by the time that I arrived before 2pm on Saturday. WTF? I checked your website and it said that the office was going to be open until 2pm on Saturday and I drove there so I could make the payment on time but since the office was closed I could not make the payment. WHy don't you guys respect the published times that the branch would be open? This makes it hard for me to trust that the office would be open the next time that I visit the branch in Grand Junction! This branch sucks since they don't respect the published open times for the office especially when people have little time to visit the branch due to work commitments!

I have been with Bellco for several years and have frequently deposited large checks for my business. Bellco has grossly mishandled a deposit in excess of $10K, that was typical for my account. What followed was a litany of missteps, incompetence--and worst of all--bureaucratic indifference that lasted nearly a month. Bellco never owned up to mishandling of my deposit and never followed up with me despite promises to do so. If you’re a business owner be careful and don’t fall for “better service” myth at Bellco. You won’t even be able to call your local branch and the centralized phone support is less than professional; just annoyed people reading scripts. I closed my accounts at Bellco after the fiasco with my deposit and opened accounts at a bank where I have already experienced a much higher level of service expressed through competence and professionalism.

Easily the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Clueless employees. Careless managers. No available customer service aside from some outsourced nonsense. They totally lost my title for my car. Can't even register it till it comes in, and it's been over a month. Do not use this bank. Credit union, whatever.

They've always been great to us! Cheerful staff, good rates on loans, and conveniently located... although I wish they had a downtown location. :D
