They seems really nice, but truthfully, never bank at Wells Fargo unless you absolutely have to!

The worst bank EVER!!!! makes me always owe money when I never use the account. they always add on new shit when I never ask for it. I would never tell anyone to open up an account here.

This is the worst institution on the planet!!!! I am in a management position, in a long term care facility. I called to get a residents bank statement so they can qualify for Medicare. I even had the resident talk directly to the bank. Instead of sending the residents information to our business department, they just called the cops and made false allegations. Apparently they don't want elderly people who are hard of hearing and have other difficulties to have any help on the phone or to get Medicare! Obviously, a bank statement is more precious than your clients life!!!
