Great store! High priced on damage stuff! Customer service was not any were close to where it should of been. Which is too bad. 3 stars for the products. I saw some great stuff I wanted. For me to get something Evan if high priced customer service has be up to par. It seemed they were all pre occupied. I will go to the other mister money. Too bad.

Bought 10 dvds here recently. 2 skip too badly to watch and 1 wasn't even in the case. Awesome to pay for things you can't use

This place is horrible. They are so cheap and rude. I tried selling a gold pendant and they wouldn't take it cuz it wasn't marked. Even though they tested it and it was gold. This place sucks. Never ever ever go here.

Went in to get a loan on something and the wanted to give me 600 below value of it. I said no, and they could see I was mad. I said what did I get for it last ti.e, she told me the amount. It was less than what they could give me now. I said, oh yeah, I wanted a small loan at that time so I could come get it back right away. Then I was browsing and the worker I dealt with started talking rudely about me while I was right there! I called her on it and told her to make sure the customer was out of the store before you talk rudely. Then I asked if the other girl was the manager, she said she was the assistant manager. So they just sit and talk about customers rudely? Wow! I have been a loyal customer here but no more! Lost my family's business! Good job Fort Collins Mister Money!
