I'm extremely irritated with the bank off Harmonys atm. I rarely have time to come in so I use the atm a lot and check my account online and there seems to always be a problem with the atm and your online banking. The two main things I need of course. I'm ready to close my account that's how frustrated I am with these problems. I need to pay my rent today but of course the atm isn't working and the website isn't either so can't find a partner atm. Great

Bank closes early why have a closing time if your not going to a bid by it? There is always something wrong with the atm and online banking is the worst ever. Seems like it doesn't work more than it does. I miss USAA this has been a nightmare banking here. Tellers are very nice and helpful and that's the only positive thing I've received since I became a member.

Told me about their no fee account, had a long drawn out account opening, and then they asked for $10 to open the account because I'm not a college student. Not a good sign that they want to charge a fee immediately upon opening a no-fee account. With all the free stuff being offered to open up accounts elsewhere I can't see paying more money then I'll ever see in interest to open up an account here. They also did a hard pull on my credit report for opening a checking account, not cool!
