Mister Money USA in Fort Collins, CO

So last week my 15 year old nephew walked into MISTER MONEY on NORTH COLLEGE to purchase an IPOD with his birthday money and the sales guy for MISTER MONEY on NORTH COLLEGE sold my nephew an IPOD for $84 and lied about what exactly it was as far as being a 1st or 2nd generation IPOD and told my nephew he could do everything on that IPOD that anyone could do on any other IPOD and told my nephew to purchase an extended 15 day warranty for $4 extra so if my nephew wasnt satisfied with the IPOD he would have 15 days to return it for store credit. Well low and behold we got home and he tried to get on FB but the IPOD needs to be upgraded to 5.0 so we hooked it up to the computer to do the upgrade and discovered it cannot be upgraded because of the type of IPOD it is. My mother then did research on the Apple website and found that this particular IPOD is just a glorified MP3 player and pretty much cannot do anything with it other then listen to music and she also looked on EBAY to see how much they go for and this particular IPOD goes for $56 so in other words my nephew got ripped off and was not happy with it so I went back to MISTER MONEY on NORTH COLLEGE to return the IPOD and they stated they would not give store credit or return the money because the IPOD was not defective and I told them we were told he could return it for store credit if he wasnt satisfied with it and they said nothing about it needing to be "defective". Either way the managers at MISTER MONEY on NORTH COLLEGE would not honor what the original sales person told us so now my nephew is stuck with a glorified MP3 player that he does not want and spent all of his birthday money on.

Horrible service. Lady at the counter 3feet from us looked at us then ignored us for 10 min counting change in the cash register. She then proceeded to walked away and go to lunch. We had to leave as all the other workers were helping other customers.

I hope this is right one. Excellent customers service. I was at two different mister money yesterday! Both had good products. But one did not have excellent customer service.

wrong price tags on items. i picked out some speakers on sale for $48.00 and they said its priced wrong by accident. real big let down.
